Pharaoh's Edge ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website pharaohsedge.online and sells the IT Integration & Handover Kit, a digital download product priced at $39 and delivered through Lemon Squeezy.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of pharaohsedge.online and to customers who purchase our product.

Pharaoh's Edge is run by a sole operator. We keep things simple: we collect only what we need to run the site, fulfill orders, and respond to you.

Payment details: Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your card number, CVV, or full payment credentials on our systems. Lemon Squeezy processes payments as Merchant of Record.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit pharaohsedge.online, we may collect basic technical and usage information, such as:

• Referral source (for example, which site or link brought you here)

Lemon Squeezy is our payment processor and digital delivery partner. When you buy the IT Integration & Handover Kit, Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payment, tax/VAT where applicable, and delivery of the download. Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction.

4.2 Cloudflare

We may use Cloudflare for content delivery network (CDN) services and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may log IP addresses and related technical data as part of providing security and performance services.

4.3 Google (Gmail)

We use Google's Gmail service for business email. Messages you send to our contact address ([email protected]) are processed and stored through this email service.

4.4 Other notes

We do not control how these third parties handle data once it is in their systems. Their terms and privacy policies govern that processing. If we add or change a material third-party service, we will update this section.

5. Cookies

We aim to keep cookie use minimal.

At launch, we intend to use functional cookies only — for example, session cookies needed for the site to work properly. We do not plan to use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies at launch.

7.3 California residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, may give you rights to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined by law. 8. Children's Privacy

pharaohsedge.online and the IT Integration & Handover Kit are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
