Because this is a digital download product, we operate a clear, time-limited refund policy. The rules below explain when a full refund is available, how to request one, and what falls outside the guarantee.

2. 15-Day Refund Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the IT Integration & Handover Kit for any reason, you may request a full refund within 15 days of purchase.

• No questions asked — you do not need to explain why you want a refund.
• Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve the request.
• After 15 days from the purchase date, no refunds will be issued for digital downloads that have been delivered.

The 15-day window starts on the date shown on your Lemon Squeezy purchase receipt.

3. How to Request a Refund

We will respond within 2 business days. Once approved, Lemon Squeezy processes the refund to your original payment method (typically 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer).

4. Exceptions

The following situations are outside the 15-day refund guarantee:

• Refunds will not be issued after 15 days from the purchase date for digital downloads that have been delivered.
• We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear abusive (for example, serial repeat purchases followed by repeated refund requests).

5. Chargebacks

If something goes wrong with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.

We will work in good faith to resolve any issue promptly under this policy. Chargebacks opened without first contacting us may delay resolution and can complicate refund processing through Lemon Squeezy.
