1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website pharaohsedge.online (the "Site") and your purchase of the IT Integration & Handover Kit (the "Product") offered by Pharaoh's Edge ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing the Site, creating an order, completing a purchase, downloading the Product, or otherwise using any materials we provide, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase the Product and do not use the Site for commercial purposes.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, "you" and "purchaser" refer to the organization as well as to you personally.

2. Product Description

The Product is a digital download: an IT Integration & Handover Kit consisting of DOCX and XLSX template files packaged as a ZIP archive. The purchase price is $39 USD.

Upon purchase confirmation, the Product is delivered electronically through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record for payment processing and digital fulfillment. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for downloading and securely storing your copy.

The contents of the Kit are described on the product page at pharaohsedge.online. Descriptions, sample screenshots, and marketing copy are provided so you can evaluate fit before purchase; they are not a warranty of specific outcomes.

The templates and worked examples are provided for informational and template purposes only. They are tools intended to help IT professionals structure integration and handover work — not finished professional deliverables tailored to your environment.

3. License Grant

Subject to your payment of the purchase price and your compliance with these Terms, Pharaoh's Edge grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the Product templates.

4. No Professional Advice

The Product templates are practical tools intended to assist IT professionals. They do not constitute legal, compliance, financial, tax, security-certification, or professional engineering advice.

We do not guarantee that use of these templates will result in a successful integration, a particular project outcome, regulatory or contractual compliance, audit readiness, or any other specific result. Outcomes depend on your environment, judgment, and the work of qualified professionals you engage.

You are solely responsible for adapting the templates to your specific situation, validating them against applicable laws, standards, and client or employer requirements, and obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.

Nothing on the Site or in the Product creates a client–advisor, fiduciary, or professional-services relationship between you and Pharaoh's Edge.

5. Intellectual Property

All template content, structure, brand elements, design, and documentation included in the Product and on the Site are the intellectual property of Pharaoh's Edge and are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual-property laws. © 2026 Pharaoh's Edge. All rights reserved, except for the limited license granted in Section 3.

Purchaser retains ownership of any original content they add to the templates (for example, client names, environment details, custom procedures, and completed fields). Your additions do not transfer ownership of the underlying template structure or Pharaoh's Edge materials to you, and do not expand the license beyond Section 3.

The fictional worked example organization "Crestwood Distribution Ltd." (and any related fictional names, figures, or scenarios in the Kit) is entirely invented for illustration. Any resemblance to real organizations, people, or events is coincidental.

"Pharaoh's Edge", the Site domain, and related branding are used to identify our business. You may not use our name or branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or authorship of your deliverables beyond factual attribution if you choose to credit the templates as a starting point.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PRODUCT AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Without limiting the foregoing, we specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the templates will be error-free, complete, current for every jurisdiction or technology stack, uninterrupted in delivery, or suitable for every use case, industry, or regulatory regime.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHARAOH'S EDGE AND ITS OWNER, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR PROJECT OUTCOME, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE, THE PRODUCT, OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PRODUCT, THE SITE, OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM — THAT IS, A MAXIMUM OF $39 USD (OR THE EQUIVALENT AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID IF PRICING CHANGES).

The limitations in this section allocate risk between you and us and are a fundamental part of the basis of the bargain for a low-cost digital template product. They apply even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Refund Policy

Because the Product is a digital download, refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy.

In summary, a 15-day refund window is available subject to the conditions stated on the refund policy page (including any requirements related to download status, abuse, or chargebacks). If the refund policy page and these Terms ever conflict on refund mechanics, the Refund Policy controls for refund requests; these Terms control for all other matters.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, the Site, or the Product shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Product shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and you and Pharaoh's Edge consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply in your place of residence where mandatory local law so requires.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this document and post the revised Terms on the Site.

For customers who already purchased the Product, the version of the Terms in effect at the time of their purchase continues to govern that purchase, except where a change is required by law or where we notify you and you continue to use the Site in a way that reasonably indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the Site and do not make further purchases.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. The "Last updated" and "Effective date" fields at the top of the document show when the current version took effect.

12. General Provisions

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any order confirmation issued through Lemon Squeezy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pharaoh's Edge regarding the Site and the Product, and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings on that subject.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms or the license without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

Notices. We may provide notices by posting on the Site or by email to the address associated with your purchase. You may provide notices to us using the contact details in Section 11.
